Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an approach that challenges negative thought patterns which create unwanted behaviors. I use this approach for clients dealing with phobias, anxiety, and depression in an effort to overcome these patterns and rewire the associated behaviors.

Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a modality that identifies peoples’ individual parts that have developed throughout life to serve them in some capacity but are no longer adaptive. IFS centers around reintegrating these parts in a way that will better serve one’s journey toward their ultimate goals.
Emotionally Focused Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) focuses on reorganizing emotional responses between two people in a relationship. EFT is based on Attachment Theory, which outlines individuals’ attachment patterns and how they impact their behavior in a relationship setting.
